PHOTOSHOOT: Julieta

This Sunday I had a photoshoot with my friend Julieta, but unfortunately my camera decided to starts dying everytime I tried to turn it on. Thankfully we already had agreed to get some help from professional photographer Tommy Abad and so he generously lent me his camera for the shoot.

I have to admit I'm pretty inexperienced with photoshoots and still need to discover the many functionalities of my camera. But this was a good step up and I quickly got the hang of things. Here are just a few samples of what I managed to get.

Crystal Renn via Garance Doré


Both Crystal and Garance are like role models to me, Crystal represents to me the ability to go back to yourself even when you're at your lowest (her recovery from anorexia) and Garance the simple fact that you can mix pleasure (art, photography, fashion) with your job. Two amazing women!





Crystal et Garance son comme deux modèles pour moi, Crystal représente le pouvoir de redevenir soi même, même quand on est au plus bas de notre forme physique ou morale (par rapport a sa guérison face à l'anorexie), quand à Garance elle montre que l'on peut faire un mélange de plaisir (l'art, la photography, la mode) et de travail. Elle sont toutes les deux fantastiques!
