Thailand P.I

I wanted to apologize for my recent lack of posts but I'm currently on holiday! The leg of my trip is already done and I've left Thailand for Penang a Malaysian Island. Here are some photos from Bangkok to forgive me!

A Thai Tuk Tuk, I think they look nice but aren't that fun since the drivers tend to be crazy and
the price they want you to pay for trips are only decided on your look.
(If you go to Bangkok take a taxi at least they have a meter so you can't be cheated and air-con).

Fresh lime juice (also orange/pinneaple ect...) can be seen served nearly everywhere around the city. Make sure it doesn't cost you more than 10BTH.

A Week End In The Country

Two weeks ago I went to my cousin's house to get a little country air. She lives in the woods so that request was fulfilled! I spent 2 full days taking in as much sun as I could exploring (getting thorns stuck in my legs) the land and relaxing in her hammock which was great under the unusual 20°c weather (remember this is still winter!).

Anyways it was all very rustic but also very enjoyable! Check it out!

Discovering my surroundings.

So new years was so uneventful that I have no pictures to give you of that day. But thankfully I got to take a few as I roamed around Montpellier with my sister in law.
The town even under the rain is beautiful, the people are polite and the diversity of faces makes me happy. It was something I had missed in Argentina. It's full of little narrow streets with colourful shops on every corner, it's really the south of France I remembered as a child.

While walking around I found an adorable little vintage shop called Hippy Market, and I immediatly fell in love, they have all that I need to fill my closet with and even though it's not as cheap as it could be I can see some real good investement pieces in there! Thank god for Winter Sales!

FRANCE: The South

After being stuck 2 hours more than necessary in the train to Montpellier we finally arrived at midnight. We tried to go out and buy something to eat for Christmas dinner but nothing was open so we just stayed home and ate some canned chicken and spaghetti. Thankfully Monday we went to my aunt's house, I got to jam with the family and ate a giant and delicious dinner.

Whole cinnamon, cinnamon powder, peach quarters, orange quarters,
lemon zest, and wine, cooked for 10 minutes (add sugar if needed).
It's basically the hot version of the Sangria.

Pear and Cinnamon pie.

Eric my aunt's bf, check out his music HERE

More pictures coming soon.
